Programs
Children’s Rescue Fund operates several multiple unit facilities within the South Bronx and Manhattan in New York City. All locations provide emergency and transitional housing to families experiencing homeless consisting of primarily single pregnant women, women with children, and domestic partnerships of varying compositions.
Since its inception, the Children’s Rescue Fund has successfully transitioned thousands of families from our shelters into permanent housing.
CRF- ICAHN HOUSE
Icahn House is a transitional housing facility in the Bronx that services 65 homeless women and their children under 13 years old. The program provides case management, client care coordinator services, and housing assistance aimed to assist families with securing and maintaining permanent housing. In addition, Board of Education, Child Care, and After School/ Recreation along with Security Services are provided onsite.
CRF- HOUSE EAST
House East is a transitional housing facility in Manhattan servicing 199 homeless families consisting of 156 women and their children under 13 years old as well as 54 adult families. The program provides case management, client care coordinator services, and housing assistance aimed to assist families with securing and maintaining permanent housing. In addition, Board of Education, Child Care, and After School/ Recreation along with Security Services are provided onsite.
CRF- CMP
CRF- Cluster Model Program is a Neighborhood-Based Transitional Residence in the Bronx that provides services to 306 homeless families consisting of men, women, and children. The program provides case management, client care coordinator services, and housing assistance aimed to assist families with securing and maintaining permanent housing. In addition, the Board of Education and Security Services are provided onsite.
CRF- CMP ANNEX
CRF- Cluster Model Annex is a Neighborhood-Based Transitional Residence in the Bronx that provides services to 284 homeless families consisting of men, women, and children. The program provides case management and housing assistance aimed to assist families with securing and maintain permanent housing. In addition, the Board of Education and Security Services are provided onsite.
CRF HOTELS
Children’s Rescue Fund’s Service area continues to expand to serve an additional 589 families experiencing homelessness, each night. CRF Hotels are in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and The Bronx.
